Singularidades:
Aceite de alta estabilidad, por su elevado contenido en ácido oleico y polifenoles. De gran intensidad y complejidad aromática. Destaca su frutado con notas a tomate, hoja de olivo, hierba e higuera. Presenta un amargor y picor pronunciado. Persistente y con mucha personalidad. Su nombre, viene de la forma del fruto que termina en «pico».

Huile très stable, grâce à sa forte teneur en acide oléique et en polyphénols. Grande intensité et complexité aromatique. Son arôme fruité se distingue par des notes de tomate, de feuille d’olivier, d’herbe et de figuier. Présente aussi une amertume et des notes épicées prononcées. Persistante et avec beaucoup de personnalité, son nom vient de la forme du fruit qui se termine par un « bec » (pico).
